Connecting Suppliers, Terminals, Vessels and Customers

Img

Argos Bunkering Belgium is an international operator working across marine fuel supply, petroleum storage coordination and energy logistics. We serve customers who move, store or consume petroleum products at scale — from bunker buyers fixing a single vessel call to traders positioning cargo across multiple hubs.

Our business is built on three interlocking capabilities: sourcing and delivering marine fuel to vessels, coordinating storage and throughput at petroleum terminals, and managing the logistics that link the two. We do not operate as a single-service broker; our value comes from managing the handoffs between fuel supply, storage and transport that most customers otherwise have to coordinate themselves.

Img

We price and structure our services transparently, distinguishing clearly between our own coordination fees and the underlying cost of fuel, storage or transport passed through from suppliers and terminal operators. Customers should always know what they are paying for.

Img

Petroleum logistics rewards precision. A missed delivery window, a misrouted cargo or an undocumented quality issue carries real commercial cost. Our approach is to plan conservatively, communicate early when conditions change, and hold ourselves to the documentation and quality standards our customers' own charterparties and contracts require of them.

Safety & Operational Discipline

Marine fuel delivery and petroleum storage both carry inherent operational risk — from vessel-to-vessel transfers to tank farm handling. We work only with counterparties and terminal partners who maintain recognised safety and operational standards, and we expect the same discipline from our own coordination teams: verified documentation, clear handover procedures, and no shortcuts around sampling or quality sign-off.

Our Global Network

We operate across six strategic locations — Antwerp/Belgium, Rotterdam, Houston, Jurong/Singapore, Fujairah and Qingdao — chosen because each sits on a major petroleum trade route or bunkering corridor. Our presence in each location is built through relationships with terminal operators, port agents and marine service providers, giving us access to storage and marine infrastructure without requiring us to own every facility outright.

Our Customers

We work with shipowners and ship managers scheduling bunker calls, charterers managing voyage economics, bunker and petroleum traders positioning cargo, refiners moving product to market, terminal operators seeking throughput partners, and industrial buyers with recurring petroleum product needs.

Strategic Position

Argos Bunkering Belgium's strategic position sits at the connection point between suppliers, terminals, vessels, storage and customers. A cargo of marine fuel or petroleum product typically moves from a refinery or production source, into a terminal for storage and blending, onto or off a vessel at a berth or jetty, and ultimately to the buyer who ordered it. We coordinate each of those handoffs, so our customers deal with one point of contact rather than negotiating separately with a refiner, a terminal, a shipping line and a surveyor.
